洛赛克联合复方丹参治疗老年人消化性溃疡疗效观察

目的:观察洛赛克联合复方丹参治疗老年人消化性溃疡的疗效。方法:87例老年人消化性溃疡患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予洛赛克与复方丹参,对照组只给予洛赛克,疗程均为4wk。结果:治疗组在症状、体征改善方面优于对照组;治疗组和对照组治愈率分别为85.10%、60%,总有效率分别为97.87%、80.85%。结论:洛赛克联合复方丹参治疗老年人消化性溃疡的疗效优于单用洛赛克。

Analysis of Effect in Treatment of Duodenal Bulbar Ulcer of old People with Gmeprazole Magnesium Enteris-coated Tablets and Ranitidine Hydrochloride Capsules

Objective: To observe the effect in treatment of duodenal bulbar ulcer of old people with Gmeprazole Magnesium Enteris-coated tablets and Ranitidine Hydrochloride Capsules.Method: 75 cases of duodenal bulbar ulcer of old people were randomly divided into 2 groups-treatment group and contrasting group.Patients in treatment group took Gmeprazole Magnesium Enteris-coated tablets and Ranitidine Hydrochloride Capsules while patients in contrasting group only took Ranitidine Hydrochloride Capsules.The treatment course in both groups was 4 weeks.Result: The symptoms and physical signs in treatment group were better than in contrasting group.The cure rate of treatment group and contrasting group was respectively 85.10%and 60%,the effective rate was 97.87%and 80.85%.Conclusion: The effect in treatment of duodenal buibar ulcer of old people with Gmeprazole magnesium enteris-coated tablets and Ranitidine Hydrochloride Capsules is obviously better than with Ranitidine Hydrochloride Capsules only.
