心肌缺血再灌注大鼠血及心肌组织中PAF水平及意义

摘    要:目的:探计PAF在心肌再灌注损伤中的作用。方法:采用麻醉大鼠缺血再灌注损伤模型,检测心肌再灌注各时程血液及心肌组织中PAF含量并观察PAF受体拮抗剂的影响。结果:大鼠心肌缺血10min再灌注4h后,大鼠血及心肌组织中PAF含量明显升高并持续较长时间,再灌注前给予PAF受体拮抗剂SRI63—441可使血中PAF略有下降。结论:PAF可能是参与心肌再灌注损伤的重要介质。

Abstract:Objective:To study the role of platelet -activating factor (PAF) in myocardial ischemic - reperfusion injury. Method: Anesthetized open -chest rat model researched for coronary occlusion and reperfusion was used to examine the PAF level in the blood and myocardial tissues during myocardial tissues during myocardial reperfusion, and to observe the antaggonism of SRI63 -441 (a PAF receptor antagonist). Results: PAF level in blood and myocardial tissues increased significantly during myocardial reperfusion. If the rats were pretreatmented with SRI63 -441. the increase of PAF level was lower. Conclusion) PAF maybe an important mediator involved in myocardial reperfusion injury.
