| Abstract: | It introduced the standard of aging of population and the view of health aging. It introduced the definition and modes of community care. And it expatiated the status quo of aging of population, community care, and community care education in China. And it analyzed problems existed in nursing staffs of community care. It put forward some corresponding strategies as well. |
