嗜酸性粒细胞在慢性支气管炎急性发作期浸润气道的研究

目的：为探讨嗜酸性粒细胞（ＥＯＳ）在慢性支气管炎急性发作期气道炎症的作用。方法：对１８例慢支急发期患者和１０例缓解期患者进行支气管肺泡灌洗术和支气管粘膜组织活检。计数支气管肺泡灌洗液（ＢＡＬＦ）中的ＥＯＳ数和测定ＢＡＬＦ中嗜酸性阳离子蛋白（ＥＣＰ）水平，以免疫组织化学技术显示粘膜组织的总ＥＯＳ和活化ＥＯＳ（ＥＧ＋２细胞）浸润情况。结果：急发期ＢＡＬＦ中的ＥＯＳ数和ＥＣＰ水平显著高于缓解期对照组，其粘膜组织中ＥＯＳ和ＥＧ＋２细胞亦显著高于对照组。结论：ＥＯＳ参与了慢支急发期气道炎症过程并起重要作用

EOSINOPHILIA RECRUITING INTO THE AIRWAY OF CHRONIC BRONCHITIS DURING EXACERBATIONS

Objective:To investigate the role of eosinophilia(EOS) in airway Inflammation of chronic bronchitis during exacerbations Methods:Bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF) and bronchial biopsies were obtained in 18 patients with chronic bronchitis during exacerbation,and in 10 patients with chronic bronchitis under baseline conditions The number of EOS in BALF was counted and the concentration of eosinophil cationic protein(ECP) in BALF was determinated and EOS in bronchial mucose were examminated immunohistochemically Result:It was found that there were remarkeble increased EOS number and ECP of BALF in patients with chronic bronchitis during exacerbation when compared with those in baseline condition The total EOS and the EG 2 positive cells in mucosa during exacerbation were much higher than those in Control mucosa Conclusion:EOS may play an important role in the process of airway inflammation of patient with chronic bronchitis during exacerbation
