16层螺旋CT对副鼻窦检查的技术优势

目的探讨副鼻窦16层螺旋CT扫描的技术优势和图像后处理技术的合理应用。方法采用德国西门子Sensation16多层螺旋扫描机，对68例临床诊断鼻窦炎的病人行轴位螺旋扫描，准直0．75mm，床速5mm／cycle，重建薄层高分辨率图像系列，层厚1mm，间隔0．5mm，卷积核H70h very sharp。将图像系列载入3D卡，利用多平面重组技术（MPR）行标准轴位、冠状位、矢状位2次图像重建，层厚1mm，间隔0．5mm，多方位观察鼻腔和鼻窦的细微结构，重点观察窦口鼻道复合体。结果多平面2次重建图像具有高清晰各向同性，能清楚显示鼻腔、副鼻窦的细微结构（包括窦口鼻道复合体变异及鼻窦炎的基本CT改变）。结论16层螺旋CT各向同性的多平面二次图像重建技术为副鼻窦检查提供新的方法。

The technique advantages of 16-detector multic-slice spiral CT in diagnosis of paranasal sinuses
