| 摘 要： | [背景]探讨腹腔镜在急腹症诊断及治疗中的应用价值.[病例报告]自2007年6月~10月间行腹腔镜探查治疗了7例急腹症患者,其中1例免行开腹手术,4例于腹腔镜下完成手术,2例术中转为开腹手术.[讨论]急诊腹腔镜探查术不仅可对病因不明的急腹症作出准确诊断,亦可同时进行腹腔镜手术治疗.

| Abstract: | BACKGROUND To investigate the value of laparoscopic approach in diagnosis and treatment of acute abdomen.CASE REPORTS7 cases of acute abdomen were treated by laparoscopic approach from June to October,2007.All patients had comfirmed diagnosis,laparotomy was avoided in 1 cases,4 cases were treated by laparoscopy,and 2 cases were transferred to laparotomy.DISCUSSIONEmergency laparoscopic approach not only can clarify the diagnosis of acute abdomen with unknown causes,but also simultaneously perform the treatment of laparoscopic operation. |
