| 摘 要： | 目的探讨我国成人血清β淀粉样蛋白(A1β-28)含量与年龄之间的关系,为研究Aβ1-28与阿尔茨海默病(AD)的关系奠定基础。方法采用平衡饱和竞争放射免疫分析法,检测智能正常成人人群中血清A1β-28含量,其中青年组(20~35岁)100例、中年组(36~59岁)100例、老年组(60~79岁)100例与高龄老年组(80~94岁)35例。结果青年组、中年组、老年组、高龄老年组血清A1β-28含量分别为(0.77±0.16)μg/L、(0.77±0.17)μg/L(、0.68±0.20)μg/L、(0.67±0.25)μg/L。结论我国智能正常成人人群中血清A1β-28水平与年龄无直接关系。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between serum Aβ_(1-28) level and age in Chinese adults,and lay the foundation for the study of Aβ_(1-28) and Alzheimer's disease.Methods With the method of balanced saturated competition radioimmunoassay,we measured serum Aβ_(1-28) levels in 335 normal mental state adults,who were divided into four groups including young(n=100,age of 20～35,),middle aged adults(n=100,age of 36～59),old (n=100,age of 60～79) and very old aged(n=35,age of 80～94).Results The serum Aβ_(1-28) level of four groups were(0.77±0.16) μg/L,(0.77±0.17) μg/L,(0.68±0.20) μg/L,and((0.67±)0.25) μg/L,respectively.Conclusion There is no direct relation between serum Aβ_(1-28) level and age in normal mental state adults. |
