猴耳环叶化学成分的分离与鉴定

摘    要:目的研究猴耳环的化学成分。方法利用各种色谱法进行分离,根据理化性质和波谱分析鉴定化合物结构。结果从猴耳环的水提取物中分离得到8个已知成分,分别鉴定为lauroside D(1)、杨梅素-3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(myricitrin,2)、槲皮素-3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(quercitrin,3)、苯甲基-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(benzyl-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,4)、没食子酸甲酯(methyl gallate,5)、没食子酸乙酯(ethyl gallate,6)、水杨酸甲酯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(methyl 2-O-β-D-glucopyranosylbenzoate,7)、canthoside A(8)。结论化合物1、4、7、8为首次从该属植物中分离得到。

Abstract:Objective To isolate and identify the compounds from the Pithecellobium clypearia. Methods The compounds were separated and purified by column chromatography and their structures were confirmed by spectroscopic methods. Results Eight compounds were obtained from the aqueous extract of the P. clypearia. The structures were determined as lauroside D (1), myricitrin (2), quercitrin (3), benzyl-O-β-d -glucopyranoside (4), methyl gallate (5), ethyl gallate (6), methyl 2-O-β-d-glucopyranosylbenzoate (7) and canthoside A (8). Conclusions Compounds 1, 4, 7 and 8 are isolated from the Pithecellobium genus for the first time.
