洛赛克善得定及立止血治疗上消化道出血效果的对照研究

目的 探讨不同病因引起的上消化道出血最有效的治疗药物。方法 将478例常见病因引起的上消化道出血分3组，分别静脉应用洛赛克、善得定及立止血治疗，并对止血效果进行比较。结果 3种药物对消化性溃疡及急性胃粘膜损害出血疗效较好，但以洛赛克止血率最高，分别为96．49％及100％，与善得定、立止血的止血效果比较有显著性差异（P＜0．01），洛赛克对胃癌出血止血率为81．82％，明显高于善得定和立止血。而善得定在食道胃底静脉曲张破裂出血中止血率最高（86．67％），其止血率与洛赛克、立止血比较存在显著性差异（P＜0．01）。结论 在消化性溃疡、急性胃粘膜损害及胃癌引起的出血中，静脉应用洛赛克治疗更为有效，善得定更适用于食道胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的治疗。

CONTRAST OF THE CURATIVE EFFECTS OF OMEPHRAZOLE OCTEROTIDE AND REPTILASE ONHEMORRHAGE OF UPPER DIGESTIVE TRACT

Objective To explore the ideal drugs in the treatment of hemorrhage of upper digestive tract caused by different factors.Methods 478 commom cases were randomly divided into 3 groups.Intravenous injections of omephrazole,octerotide and reptilase were applied in the 3 groups respectively.The hemostatic rates of these drugs were compared later.Results These drugs all had good curative effect on peptic ulcer and acute hemorrhage of gastric mucosa,but omephrazole functioned the best with the hemostatic rates being 96.49% and 100%. Significant differences existed among the curative effects of omephrazole,octerotide and reptilase (P<0.01).The hemostatic rate of omephrazole in the treatment of hemorrhage of stomach cancer was 81.82%,obviously higher than those of octerotide and reptilase.Octerotide showed the highest hemostatic rate (86.67%) in the treatment of esophagus-varices of fundus of stomach,obviously higher than those of omephrazole and reptilase (P<0.01).Conclusion Omephrazole functions more effectively in the treatment of acute gastric mucosa damage and stomach cancer than the other two kinds of drugs,while octerotide works more effectively to treat hemorrhage caused by varices and ruptures of fundus of stomach.
