妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤99例分析

目的 分析妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤的临床特征,探讨其诊断和处理对策.方法 回顾性分析99例妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤的临床资料.结果 99例妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤中成熟畸胎瘤、黄体囊肿、内膜异位囊肿发生率分别为28.2%、23.3%、12.6%,卵巢肿瘤发生蒂扭转7例,发生破裂2例.妊娠合并卵巢恶性肿瘤3例(2.9%).孕期卵巢肿瘤手术孕周为9～25周,术后无发生流产病例.结论 妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤以成熟畸胎瘤多见,其主要并发症为囊肿蒂扭转和破裂,妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤的处理取决于孕周、包块生长情况、性质以及有无并发症.

A clinical analysis of 99 cases of pregnancy associated with ovarian tumor

Objective To investigate clinical characteristics of pregnancy associated with ovarian tumor,and to explore diagnosis and treatment of the disease.Methods Clinical data of 99 cases of pregnancy associated with ovarian tumor were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among 99 cases of pregnancy associated with ovarian tumor,mature cystic teratoma,corpus luteum cysts and cystic endometriosis accounted for 28.2%,23.3% and 12.6%,respectively.Adnexal torsion occurred in 7 cases and rupture occurred in 2 cases.3 cases were associated with ovarian malignant tumors. The timing of surgery during pregnancy was at 9~25 gestation weeks and no spontaneous abortion occurred.ConclusionThe most common type of pregnancy associated with ovarian tumor is pregnancy associated with mature cystic teratoma,and its main complications are torsion and rupture.The treatment of pregnancy associated with ovarian tumor should accord to gestational week ian,and growth,property and complications of the tumor.
