福州市0～5岁儿童睡眠障碍调查分析

目的]了解福州市儿童睡眠及障碍发生情况。方法]2005年2至5月在我市2城区6街道随机抽取1049名0～5岁儿童进行睡眠问卷调查。结果]0～5岁儿童睡眠障碍发生率25.9%,其中夜醒7.7%、入睡困难7.6%、磨牙7.2%、打鼾5.3%、入睡过早4.2%、用口呼吸3.5%。结论]目前福州市0～5岁儿童睡眠障碍发生率较高,应引起儿童保健人员及儿童家长重视。

The Investigation on Sleep Disturbances for Aged 0～5 Children in Fuzhou

Objective] To study the prevalence of sleep disturbances in Fuzhou.Method] 1 049 aged 0-5 children were selected randomly and investigated with questionnaire from Feb.to May in 2005 in 6 streets of 2 districts in Fuzhou.Results] The prevalence of sleep disturbances for the children was 25.9%.The prevalence of waking up during the night was 7.7%,difficulty falling sleep was 7.6%,molar teeth was 7.2 %,snoring was 5.3%,falling asleep prematurely was 4.2% and mouth breathing was 3.5%.Conclusion] There is high prevalence of sleep disturbances for aged 0-5 children in Fuzhou.Health care providers and their parents should pay attention to sleep disturbances of children.
