吗丁啉治疗小儿厌食症

１９９１年７－１２月，采用新型胃动力药吗丁啉液剂口服，治疗小儿厌食症３５８例，并设胃酶合剂对照组９５例，厌食病程最短２周，最长１３．５年，经吗丁啉治疗４周后，６４．８％于１周内食欲好转，食量恢复到正常占４２．３％，恢复到正常的３／４占３４．７％。６６．５％表现体重增加。总有效率为８４．６％，其中痊愈率３６．０％，显效２７．８％，有效２０．７％，无效１５．４％，显优于对照组。

Treatment of children''''s anorexia with domperidone

Three hundred and fifty eight cases of children's anorexia were treated with domperidone from July through December 1991. 95 cases as control group treated with mixture pepsin. The course of anorexia lasted from 2 weeks to 13.5 years, After treatment with domperidone for 4 weeks, appetite was improved in 64.8%of the cases within one week; 42.3% of the cases recovered their normal capacity of eating, and 34.7%to 3/4 of the normal appetite, Body weight gain was seen in 66.5%of the cases. The recovery rate, significantly effective rate and the effective rate were 36.0%,27.8%and 20.7%respectively and the total effective rate was 84.6%. 15.4%of the cases showed no improvement. This study showed that, treatment with domperidone gave better results than that with mixture pepsin. Treatment of children' s anorexia with domperidone was proved to be simple, convenient, highly effective and without any side effect.
