| 摘 要： | 对我院１７年间收治２５例蛛网膜囊肿病人进行分析。颅内蛛网膜囊肿１７例（６８％），椎管内蛛网膜囊肿８例（３２％）；ＣＴ或ＭＲＩ对该病有诊断价值，明确诊断后均经手术治疗。１８例病人中１６例疗效较好，２例病人预后差。

| Abstract: | An analysis of 25 cases of intracranial and intraspinal arachnoid cysts (18 males and 7 females) show that they are different in symptoms and signs. 17 of them had intracranial arachnoid cysts (68%) and 8 of them had intraspinal arachnoid cysts (32%). Diagnosis and treatment of craniospinal arachnoid cysts had CT or MRI volumetric with complete removal of their cysts. A follow up indicates that 16 patients with removal of their arachnoid cysts, had a good pronosis and 2 patients with removal of their arachnoid cysts had a poor one. |
