| 摘 要： | 强制性使用运动疗法（CIMT）是通过限制偏瘫患者的健肢活动的同时对患侧进行集中反复作业训练,诱使患肢的使用能力提高,从而提高患肢的运动功能和日常生活活动能力的一种新的康复治疗技术,被认为是能够成功地将偏瘫患者从康复治疗室学到的运动功能转移到日常生活环境中的一种有效的治疗方法。笔者结合在美国伯明翰阿拉巴马大学CIMT实验室学习CI-MT的体会,详细阐述CIMT的基本要素和独到之处。 |

| Abstract: | Constraint-induced movement therapy (CIMT) is a new approach to rehabilitation of movement in patients after neurological injury and increase their functional independence. This approach has been demonstrated to successfully transfer improvement in the quality and amount of upper extremity use from clinic to the real-life setting. The main purpose of this article is to describe the component and unique aspects of CIMT protocol according to the author's observation in CIMT laboratory at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). |
