| 摘 要： | 目的 :建立烧伤膏中左旋紫草素的质量控制方法。方法 :采用薄层扫描法测定烧伤膏中左旋紫草素的含量并进行了方法学研究。结果 :测得平均回收率为 97.14% ,RSD为 1.0 4%。本法简便 ,快速 ,重现性好。结论 :该方法可作为烧伤膏的质量控制方法。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To establish a quality control method for the burn ointment.METHODS: The content of optical rotation of skikonin was determined by TLC-scanning, and also the methodology of the determination has been studied.RESULTS: The average recovery is 97.14%,RSD=1.04%.This method is simple,quick and reproducible.CONCLUSION: This method could be used for the quality control of the turn ointment. |
