培菲康联合福松治疗老年慢性功能性便秘疗效分析

目的评价培菲康联合福松治疗慢性功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法85例经确诊慢性功能性便秘患者随机分为3组,治疗组（A组）32例,给予口服培菲康420mg/次,每日3次,福松10mg/次,每日2次;对照组分为B组和C组,B组30例,口服培菲康420mg/次,每日3次,C组23例,口服福松10mg/次,每日2次,疗程均为4周。观察症状缓解情况并做对比分析。结果治疗4周后,3组总有效率分别为99.9%,56.7%,73.9%,治疗组与对照组相比较,差异有显著性意义（P分别〈0.01和0.05）。结论培菲康联合福松治疗慢性功能性便秘具有明确的临床意义。

An Analysis on the Effect of Treating Senile Chronic Functional Constipation with Polysthylene Glyool 4000 and Bifico

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect on functional constipation in elderly with polysthylene glyool 4000 and bifico. Methods 85 patients suffered from functional constipation were randomly divided into the therapy group (group A) 32 patients, and two control groups (group B 30patients, group C 20 patients). The patients in group A were given bificoand and polysthylene glyool 4000: 420 mg/time, 3 times/day, and 10 mg/time 2times/day respectively. While those in group B were given bifico therapy: 420 mg/time, 3times/day, and group C were given polysthylene glyool 4000: 10 mg/time, 2 times/day. Result After 4 weeks' clinical treatment, the rates of remission were 99.9% in group A, 56.7% in group B and 73.9% in group C. There were significant statistical differences among three groups (p<0.01,0.05). Conclusion The treatment with polysthylene glyool 4000 and bifico on functional constipation had explicit clinical effect.
