术前诱导化疗对口腔鳞状细胞癌增殖及凋亡的影响

目的评价术前诱导化疗对口腔鳞状细胞癌增殖及凋亡特性的影响.方法20例口腔鳞癌患者,术前诱导化疗有效及特效组病人10例,同期未行术前化疗单纯手术组10例,共计20例.采用免疫组化和原位DNA末端标记法分别检测诱导化疗前后K i-67和细胞凋亡的表达情况,计算出术前诱导化疗有效及特效组增殖指数和凋亡指数.结果术前诱导化疗有效及特效组口腔癌中K i-67蛋白表达和增殖指数明显低于同期未行术前化疗单纯手术组.其凋亡细胞、凋亡指数较诱导化疗前明显增加.结论术前诱导化疗对抑制口腔鳞状细胞癌增殖,诱导细胞凋亡具有重要作用.

Effect of Preoperative Adjuvant Chemotherapy upon Cell Proliferation and Apoptosis in Oral Squamous Cell Carcinomas

Objective The chemotherapy effect on cell proliferation and apoptosis was evaluated in oral squamous cell carcinomas.Methods 10 cases of whom received preoperative adjuvant chemotherapy,10 cases operation.Ki-67 and Apoptosis expressions at tumor site before and after therapy were detected with immunohistochemistry and terminal deoxynuceleotidy transferase mediated dUTP-biotin nick end labeling(TUNEL) methods.Ki-67 index and Apoptosis index were the percentage of Ki-67-posistive cell and TUNEL-positive cells,respectively.Results There was a significant difference in PI and AI between preoperative adjuvant chemotherapy and operation groups.Result There was a significant difference in PI or AI between preoperative adjuvant chemotherapy group and operation group.PI decreased significantly,however,AI increased greatly,after preoperative adjuvant chemotherapy.Conclusion preoperative adjuvant chemotherapy for oral squamous cell squamous cell carcinomas may play an important role in inhibition of cell proliferation and induction of apoptiosis.
