| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨健康教育对提高原发性高血压病人服药依从性和治疗效果的作用。方法]对我院门诊176例原发性高血压病人进行调查,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组实施健康教育干预措施,随访6个月,比较两组得分及血压控制程度。结果]两组间有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论]健康教育使病人掌握了原发性高血压的基本知识,增强了病人的服药依从性。

| Abstract: | Objective: To probe into contribution of health education on enhancing the compliance of medicine taking and curative effect of patients with essential hypertension.Method: A total of 176 cases from outpatient clinic with essential hypertension were randomly divided into test and control group.They were investigated.Cases of test group were given health education intervention and followed up for 6 months.Both the scores and degrees of blood pressure control of the two group cases were compared with each other.Result: There is significant difference between the two group cases(P<0.01).Conclusion: Carrying out health education can make patients grasped the basic knowledge about essential hypertension and strength their compliance of medicine taking. |
