糖尿病对大鼠睾丸ABP和细胞核雄激素受体的影响

摘    要:22只Wistar大鼠,分为空白对照组(C)10只,糖尿病组(D)6只和糖尿病鱼油治疗组(DFO)6只。静脉注射链脲菌素复制糖尿病模型后80天,处死动物,测定血糖,血浆胰岛素浓度及睾丸雄激素结合蛋白(ABP)和细胞核雄激素受体。结果表明:D和DFO组血糖浓度显著高于C组,而胰岛素显著低于C组,D和DFO组间比较无明显差异,ABP和核雄激素受体在三组间比较无显著差异,提示糖尿病对睾丸雄激素结合蛋白和细胞核雄激素受体无影响。

Abstract:Twenty-two male Wistar rats were divided into the control (C) , the diabetic (D) and the diabetic plus fish oil treatment (DFO) groups.Glucose and insulin levels in serum, androgen-binding protein (ABP) and nuclear androgen receptor (NAR) in testis were determined in streptozocin-induced diabetic and the control Wistar rats.The results showed that glucose levels in Dand DFO were siginficantly higher than that in C, and insulin levels in D and DFO were markedly lower than that in C.The difference between D ane DFO was insig-nificant.No significant difference in ABP and NAR in the testis was also observed among C, D and DFO.These findings suggest that diabetes exerts no influence on ABP and NAR.
