| 摘 要： | 目的国家卫生部颁发的临床路径,有效的避免过度医疗,规范诊治过程中的医疗行为,降低医疗费用。临床路径病案质量监控是保证临床路径执行的有效措施,使临床路径落实更为具体方便。临床路径体现在病案上可以成为检查临床路径落实的标准;为进一步规范临床诊疗行为,提高医疗质量,保障医疗安全,促进社会和谐有着深远的意义。

| Abstract: | Objective The clinical pathways issued by the Ministry of Health effectively avoid excessive medical diagnosis and treatment,standardize medical behaviors and reduce medical costs. Monitor for medical record quality based on clinical pathways effectively guarantee and make it easy and specific for the implementation of clinical pathway,clinical pathway also can become the inspection standard for its implementation,which has profound influence on improving medical quality,ensuring medical safety and promoting harmony society. |
