摘    要:p75NTR是一个跨膜糖蛋白,是属于TNF受体超家族成员。NGF、BDNF、NT—3、NT—4/5都可以与p75NTR结合。表达可诱导神经细胞凋亡,可能的途径是激活鞘磷脂通路和转录因子NF-κB。另外还有一些功能相关蛋白参与p75NTR信号传递。p75NTR与某些视网膜神经细胞凋亡关系密切,相关研究已逐渐成为热点。

Abstract:The p75NTR is a transmembrane glycoprotein and a member of the TNF receptor/Fas/CD40 superfamily of receptor. It can bind with the neurotrophins NGF,BDNF, NT-3 and NT-4/5. The p75NTR can influence a variety of functions and mediate apoptotic death. The mechanisms of it signaling remain to be fully understood, possible pathway is to activate JNK and NF-kB . More recently, yeast-two-hybrid and immunoprecipitation techniques have identified several other proteins that appear to interact directly with p75NTR. The p75NTR ran mediate some retina cell to death. Relative study is the focus of considerable attention at present.
