化疗联合内生场热疗治疗骨转移癌35例疗效分析

目的观察内生场热疗(NR-00Ⅱ型)系统联合全身静脉化疗治疗骨转移癌的有效性和安全性。方法经X线、CT、MRI或ECT证实骨转移癌70例,分别采用全身静脉化疗联合内生场热疗或单纯全身静脉化疗,观察疼痛缓解、体力状况、骨病灶好转情况及不良反应。结果治疗组35例患者疼痛缓解有效率82.85%,治疗后1周内起效者25例(71.43%),体力改善总有效率74.29%,骨病灶疗效总有效率83.33%,无严重不良反应发生。结论应用NRL-00Ⅱ型内生场肿瘤热疗系统联合化疗治疗骨转移癌有较好的近期疗效,能明显地改善症状,提高生活质量。

Analysis of therapeutic effect of chemotherapy combined with hyperthermia with endogenetic field tumor hyperthermia system in 35 patients with cancer and bone metastases

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and side effects of chemotherapy combined with hyperthermia with NRL-002 endogenetic field tumor hyperthermia system in treatment of cancer and bone metastases. Methods Seventy patients with cancer and bone metastases were divided randomly into two groups. Thirty-five patients of the trial group were treated with chemotherapy combined with hyperthermia with NRL-002 endogenetic field tumor hyperthermia system. Thirty-five patients of the control group were treated with the same drugs except hyperthermia. Results Response rates of bone pain relief was 82.85% in trial group and 60% in control group. Response rate of skeletal metastases was 83.33% in the trial group and 60% in control group. Response rate of movement capacity improvement was 74.29% in the trial group and 48.57% in control group. No serious side effects were found in both groups. Conclusions Chemotherapy combined with hyperthermia with NRL-002 endogenetic field tumor hyperthermia system is the best way to treat the patients with cancer and bone metastases.
