化疗联合内生场热疗治疗骨转移癌35例疗效分析

摘    要:目的观察内生场热疗(NR-00Ⅱ型)系统联合全身静脉化疗治疗骨转移癌的有效性和安全性。方法经X线、CT、MRI或ECT证实骨转移癌70例,分别采用全身静脉化疗联合内生场热疗或单纯全身静脉化疗,观察疼痛缓解、体力状况、骨病灶好转情况及不良反应。结果治疗组35例患者疼痛缓解有效率82.85%,治疗后1周内起效者25例(71.43%),体力改善总有效率74.29%,骨病灶疗效总有效率83.33%,无严重不良反应发生。结论应用NRL-00Ⅱ型内生场肿瘤热疗系统联合化疗治疗骨转移癌有较好的近期疗效,能明显地改善症状,提高生活质量。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and side effects of chemotherapy combined with hyperthermia with NRL-002 endogenetic field tumor hyperthermia system in treatment of cancer and bone metastases. Methods Seventy patients with cancer and bone metastases were divided randomly into two groups. Thirty-five patients of the trial group were treated with chemotherapy combined with hyperthermia with NRL-002 endogenetic field tumor hyperthermia system. Thirty-five patients of the control group were treated with the same drugs except hyperthermia. Results Response rates of bone pain relief was 82.85% in trial group and 60% in control group. Response rate of skeletal metastases was 83.33% in the trial group and 60% in control group. Response rate of movement capacity improvement was 74.29% in the trial group and 48.57% in control group. No serious side effects were found in both groups. Conclusions Chemotherapy combined with hyperthermia with NRL-002 endogenetic field tumor hyperthermia system is the best way to treat the patients with cancer and bone metastases.
