经纤维胃镜取出食管内刀片方法的初步实践

目的：为了在运用胃镜从食管中取出刀片之手术中，探讨有效的操作方法，以提高胃镜取异物的成功率。方法：观察6例从食管中取出单刃刀片及金属异物的技术操作过程。结果：3例单刃刀片取出术和1例铝片取出术获得成功，2例失败。结论：选用鳄嘴状异物钳作为手术器械是最有效的手段，因力可防止刀片滑脱；选用安全保护套管可以防止食管损伤。刀片体积相对过大、食管生理狭窄发生痉挛水肿时不宜施行此类手术。

Disussion about the nursing matched method of taking out razor blade by gastrofibrescope from esophagus

Objective: To inprove the rate of operation success and nursing matched gastrofibrescope operation methed taking out razor blades form oesophagus by Methods: observe the operation procedures of taking out single blade razor and metallic pieces form oesophagus of six selected cases Results: three cases of single blade razor and one case of aluminum slice were successfully taken out by the operation and other two cases were failed in operation process.Conclusions: The most suitable operation apperatus for taking out razor blade as crocodile pincers, it can prevent razor blade from sliping down, and the safety protecting case should be used to prevent esophagus injuries. The operation procedures do not fit the cases of too large razor blade or with physiologic narrow esophagus and esophagospasm or edematous esophagus.
