| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨对不同伤口换药方法,换药时机,伤口用药,有利伤口修复。方法:对常规手术伤口、外伤清创手术伤口、感染伤口,采取以伤口情况而确定换药时间和换药材料,对一般细菌感染和特殊细菌感染伤口、疑难慢性窦道伤口、皮肤缺损伤口,根据情况用药,如过氧乙酸溶液,酒精二皮液,烧伤Ⅱ号,利福平和去腐生肌类中药。结果:有效的促进了伤口修复,提高了治愈率,对疑难伤口的治疗效果更为满意。结论:对不同伤口的不同时期、不同创面,采取相应的换药措施和伤口用药,有利伤口修复,加快伤口愈合,临床有总结的必要。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss on the methods and opportunity of changes of dressing,mediation on wound for promoting the wound healing.Methods:The interval and material of changes of dressing was decided by the types of wounds.The medicines were administrated based on the types of wound infection.Results:The changes of dressing improved the wound healing and curative rate,specially for intractable wounds.Conclusion:Various changes of dressing and medication on wound based on different wound can improve wound healing. |
