急性胰腺炎CT评价及进展

急性胰腺炎 (AP)既有胰腺本身病变 ,又有胰周其他脏器病理改变 ,CT不仅能良好及时地监测胰腺本身肿大、坏死、出血 ,还能显示胰周渗液、假性囊肿、蜂窝织炎、脓肿等并发症 ,并可对AP的严重度进行评分 ,在CT引导下对坏死性胰腺炎有无感染进行诊断性穿刺活检 ,能为临床提供准确、丰富的影像信息。作者对CT在AP中的应用及其进展状况作一综述。

The progress of CT evaluation in acute pancreatitis

Acute pancreatitis (AP) result in lesions of its own, as well as pathological changes of peripancreatic tissues as well. The computed tomography (CT) can not only well demonstrate the edema, necrosis and hemorrhage of AP, but also show peripancreatic fluid collection and infiltration, pseudocyst, phlegmon, abscess and other complications. CT can also be applied to estimate the severity degree and prognostic signs of AP, CT guided percutaneous aspiration can be performed to verify the presence or absence of infection in the pancreatic necrosis, which provides rich and precise imaging information for the clinical diagnosis and treatment. This article reviews the latest progress in the CT evaluation of AP.
