| Abstract: | A lady presented with multiple, tender discharging noduloulcerative lesions on the abdomen, following laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Histopathological features were suggestive of panniculitis. Screening of the serum for alpha-1 antitrypsin levels revealed a partial deficiency. |
