| 摘 要： | 对２０例肛门内ＣＡ患者，应用肛周５点麻醉法进行ＣＯ２激光治疗，并且进行了半年以上的随访。队１例外，蓁患者均有肛交史。患者的创面愈合期为３～６周，均有暂时性的肛门狭窄和排便疼痛，一般经２～３个月完全恢复。２０例患者，９例１次治愈，１１例２次激光治疗后痊愈。

| Abstract: | Twenty patients (male 14, female 6) with condyloma acuminatum in anal canal were treated with CO2 laser, and followed up for six months or more. Nineteen of them had history of anal sex. Their wounds healed up in 3 to 6 weeks. There were temporarily archostenosis and dysporia which recovered in 2 to 3 months. Nine cases were cured after one treatment and the others after two treatments. |
