兔阶梯型颅内压与脑血流速度关系的实验研究

摘    要:目的 :应用兔阶梯型颅内压升高的实验模型 ,无创性测量脑血流速度 (CBFV) ,为临床应用CBFV无创监测颅内压 (ICP)提供实验依据。方法 :40只动物随机分为 4组 ,分别测量基底动脉 (BA)血流参数舒张末期流速(Vd) ,收缩期峰速 (Vs) ,平均峰流速 (Vm) ,脉动指数 (PI)及阻力指数 (RI)。结果 :随ICP阶梯型升高 ,BA的CBFV减慢 ,PI及RI增加 ,Vd、Vm、PI及RI与ICP高度相关。结论 :兔TCD测量的CBFV可作为无创性监测ICP的指标

Abstract:Aim: To probe into the relationship between ICP and cerebral blood flow velocity(CBFV),and the possibility of noninvasive ICP monitoring with a stepladder like incresing ICP experimental rabbit model .Methods: Parameters of basal artery's CBFV were measured.Results Following ICP rising stepladder likely,CBFV of BA reduced while that of PI and RI increased.The correlation of V d, V m,PI and RI with ICP was close.Conclusion: The measurement of rabbit's CBFV by TCD can be regarded as an indicator of noninvasive monitoring ICP.
