计算机辅助全口义齿选牙方法研究

目的：研究用于全口义齿计算机辅助设计(computer aided design, CAD)的自动选牙方法，将其与传统人工选牙方法比较，评价其选牙效果。方法：用三维激光扫描仪获取临床制取牙合堤的三维数据，在Imageware11软件平台下对牙合堤上特定标志点进行测量。基于Matlab 7.1软件平台，综合考虑总义齿选牙时需考虑的患者面型、人工牙牙合龈径及近远中径、人工前牙列近远中径与口角线间弧长的关系等诸多选牙因素，编写选牙软件。选取20例临床患者的牙合堤及无牙颌模型，对比采用软件选牙及技师选牙的结果，评价软件的选牙效果。结果：软件与人工方法选牙的一致率为70%。结论：选牙软件可以定量表达全口义齿人工牙的选牙规则，实现更加客观、自动化及标准化的选牙，扩充了全口义齿CAD/快速成形技术（RP）辅助制作系统人工牙数据库，增强了该系统的功能。

Methodology of computer-aided design of automatic artificial tooth selection for complete denture
