奥贝微量输液泵用于术后镇痛的观察

目的　观察奥贝微量输液泵用于术后镇痛的临床效果。方法　 2 0 0例术后病例 ,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组在手术结束时从硬膜外腔注入 5mL(曲马多 15 0mg ,氟哌利多 1.2 5mg ,布吡卡因 7.5mg ,用生理盐水稀释至 5mL)负荷量。然后将镇痛泵与硬膜外导管连接 ,镇痛泵内镇痛液为曲马多 6 0 0mg ,布吡卡因 14 4mg ,氟哌利多 8mg ,经生理盐水稀释至 96mL ,泵速 2mL/h。对照组术后患者疼痛难忍时 ,肌肉注射度冷丁 75mg或吗啡 10mg。结果　治疗组总有效率为 96 % ,无并发症发生。对照组需反复肌注止痛药治疗术后疼痛。结论　奥贝微量泵作为一种新的术后镇痛技术安全可靠 ,操作简便 ,并发症少 ,有效提高术后镇痛效果 ,改善病人术后生活质量 ,值得进一步推广。

Clinical Observation of Aobei Micro-perfusion Pump in Postoperative Analgesia

Objective To observe the clinical observation of Aobei micro-perfusion pump in post-operative analgesia. Methods 200 postoperative patients were divided randomly into two groups, treatment group and control group. Patients of treatment group were injected 5mL loading dose (Tramal 150mg, droperidol 1.25mg, bupivacaine 7.5mg, diluted to 5mL by saline) in epidural space, and connected the analgesia pump with epidural catheter. The former one contained 600mg Tramal, 144mg bupivacaine, 8mg droperidol, which were diluted to 96mL by saline. Patients of control group were injected 10mg morphine or 75mg pethidine in muscle if unable to bear the pain. And observe the analgesia effects of treatment group. Results the effective rate of treatment group is 96% without side effect. Patients of control had to be injected analgesic repeatedly to lessen the pain. Conclusion As a new in post-operative analgesia way, Aobei micro-perfusion pump might be safe, reliable, simple to use with less side effects, and raise the post-operative analgesia's level, improve the post-operative patients' life.
