摘    要:目的 评价尿RDW在鉴别肾性血尿和非肾性血尿中的临床价值.方法 通过检索中国知网(CNKI)、维普数据、万方数据等数据库,收集肾性血尿和非肾性血尿红细胞分布宽度的病例对照实验,采用Revman5.2软件对数据进行Meta分析.结果 共纳入4个病例对照试验,包括397个病例.Meta分析结果显示:纳入4个试验,差异具有统计学意义MD=14.88,95% CI(13.85,15.92)];总体效应检验Z=28.14,P<0.01,差异具有显著性,说明尿RDW对于鉴别肾性血尿和非肾性血尿具有统计学意义.结论 从现有的临床证据来看,尿RDW对尿液红细胞分析方法简单,结果可靠.尿RDW的水平可作为判定血尿来源参考指标,对患者得到及时的诊断和治疗,有着极大的实际意义.

Abstract:Objective To evaluate clinical value of urine RDW on distinguishing between renal hematuria and non-renal hematuria. Methods The renal hematuria and non-renal hematuria cases on erythrocyte' s distribution width were collected via databases such as CNKI, VIP and Wanfang. Four control experiments covering 397 eases had been introduced. The Meta-analysis was carried out by RevmanS. 2 software based on these collected data. Results The Meta-analysis results indicated the urine RDW had statistical value in distinguishing between renal hematuria and non-renal hematuria( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion According to current clinical evidence, the erythrocyte detection by urine RDW is simple, reliable and fast method. The urine RDW could be used as an identification source of erythroeyte and has an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with renal disease.
