| 摘 要： | 目的 探索老年高血压病肾气亏虚证的证候分布规律,为建立证候宏观诊断标准提供依据.方法 以三家医院老年高血压病近10年病历资料为研究对象,以中医证型和四诊信息为切入点,运用现代统计学方法探讨老年高血压病肾气亏虚证的临床证候分布规律.结果 575份病历资料中单证占总数的15.7%,复合证型占84.3%;探索性因子分析共提取了4个公因子,分别为肾虚、气虚+痰湿、瘀血和阴虚阳亢.结论 肾气亏虚证是老年高血压病临床常见中医证候类型,但是单证较少,在住院患者中大多以复合证候的形式出现,痰和瘀是肾气亏虚证最主要的兼夹证.
