| 摘 要： | 介绍了用皮钩修复外伤性泪小管裂伤的方法,并对10例进行分析。泪小管断裂重建术最棘手的问题是断裂的泪小管鼻侧端寻找困难;以往采用直观法、直接法、液体注入法、吹气法及泪囊壁切开等法均感困难。笔者采用半圆形皮钩并钻圆孔获得较好的效果。

| Abstract: | The laceration of lacrimal duct has been repaired with a skin hook in 10 patients. In.the past, it was difficultto find out,the nasal side of the broken lacmimal duct. The Ophthalmologists were often put on the tight spot in operation, using visual method or direct method, injecting liquids into the unbroken dacryon, giving a puff, or resetting the wall of the dacryocyst. The author has succeeded in performing this type of operation utilizing a semispherieal skin hook with a small round hole at the end. |
