国人环池的CT观测及其临床意义研究

目的 获取正常人群的环池CT测量值,为临床研究工作提供基础形态学资料.方法 选择正常人群颅脑CT图像500例,分为10～20岁、21～30岁、31～40岁、41～50岁、51～60岁五个年龄组进行环池翼宽度测量.结果 各组环池两翼宽度差异无显著性;各组间环池左翼宽度差异无显著性;右翼宽度差异无显著性;10～60岁环池两翼宽度值：左翼（3.01±0.35）mm,右翼（3.00±0.34）mm,两翼（3.00±0.35）mm.结论 环池左右两翼宽度的CT测量值无明显差异,环池宽度CT测量值在各年龄组间无明显差异,研究环池翼宽度动态变化对脑受压的基础参考标准应以3mm为宜.

Oberavation of Chinese CT measurements on basal cisterns and its clinical significance

Objective To obtain morphological data of basal cisterns in normal population for clinical research. Methods 500 patients of brain CT images in normal population were selected and divided into five aging groups which including 10 - 20,21 - 30,31 - 40,41 - 50 and 51 - 60 years old group. All basal cisterns width were measured. Results There was no significant difference between the width of right and left wing of normal basal cistens. There was no significant difference among the width of right wing in every group, so as left wing. Width of two wings in all group showed fight wing was （3.00 ± 0.34） mm, left wing （ 3.01 ± 0.35 ）mm and everage of two wings （3.00 ± 0.35 ） mm. Conclusions There is no significant difference between the width of fight and left wing of normal basal cisterns, so as the width of basal cisterns between different age groups too. The changes of basal cisterns wing width due to the cerebral compression should be 3 mm as the reference standard.
