| 摘 要： | 目的探讨TACE联合脾动脉置管灌注化疗对原发性肝癌的治疗效果。方法对18例原发性肝癌进行了TACE联合脾动脉置管灌注化疗，并与同期行单纯TACE治疗的20例原发性肝癌随访结果进行对比。结果 TACE联合脾动脉置管灌注治疗组中12例肿瘤缩小，17例AFP下降，17例症状缓解，6、12、18个月的生存率分别是83．33％，55．56％，38．89％。与单纯TACE组相比有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论TACE联合脾动脉置管灌注治疗是一种操作简便、安全有效的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the curative effects of TACE combined with splenic arterial set-catheter infusion for liver cancer. Methods In two years,18 cases with advanced liver cancer were treated with splenic arterial infusion chemotherapy combined with TACE;at the same time,20 cases were treated with simple TACE;the follow-up materials were analysed by contrast. Results In combined group,mass of 12 cases became smaller and AFP of 17 cases decreased and symptom of 17 relieved;the 6,12,18 month survival rates were 83.33%,55.56%,38.89% respectively.There was a significant difference between combined group and simple TACE group(P<0.05). Conclusion TACE combined with splenic arterial infusion chemotherapy is a convenient and safe and effective therapeutic method for heptic carcinoma. |
