摘    要:采用苯酚─硫酸法显色,探讨了测定波长的选择、标准品的配制以及半乳糖醛酸干扰的校正等问题,建立了测定枸杞多糖中中性糖含量的简便方法。

Abstract:A simplified phenol-sulfuric acid colorimetric determination of monosaccharides in Lycium barbarum polysaccharides was developed. The selection of wavelegth,preparaton of standards and correction of galacturonic acid interference were discussed.
