恶性肿瘤患者病情演变与血小板计数变化关系的研究

目的探讨恶性肿瘤患者病情演变时血小板计数的变化。方法回顾性分析100例从发现癌症,经正规治疗缓解后一直稳定两年未进展患者的血小板测定平均值和首次就诊时的血小板检测值;30例经正规治疗后由稳定发展至转移时的血小板测定值和首次就诊时的血小板检测值;30例健康志愿者的血小板检测值,分析各期血小板变化有无差异性。结果稳定患者血小板测定值与健康志愿者血小板测定值差异无统计学意义(P0.05),与首诊时血小板测定值和转移时血小板测定值差异有统计学意义(P0.05);健康志愿者血小板测定值与首诊时血小板测定值和转移时血小板测定值差异有统计学意义(P0.05);首诊时血小板测定值与转移时血小板测定值差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论癌症患者血小板的显著增高一定程度上能提示患者体内肿瘤可能处于生长状态。

Platelet Counts Relative to Disease Changes in Cancer

Objective To explore the variation in the platelet counts in cancer when disease changed. Methods The platelet average value was detected in 100 cases of cancer both at the first diagnosis and at the time from the discovery of cancer to remission for at least 2 years without metastasis through standard treatment. The platelet average value was detected in 30 cases both at the first diagnosis and at the time from the stable stage developed to metastasis after standard treatment. The platelet average value was detected in 30 cases of 30 healthy volunteers,and platelet count changes in various periods were analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in platelet counts between stable cases and healthy volunteers （P~0.05）,while there was a significant difference in platelet counts between at the first diagnosis and at metastasis （P〈0.05） as well as between healthy volunteers and at the first diagnosed and at metastasis （P〈0.05） Conclusion The significantly increased platelets in cancer suggest that tumor in vivo may be, to some extent, in growth state.
