腰椎管病变的碘水造影,CT和手术的对比分析

本文对３０例椎管病变的碘水蛛网膜下腔造影，ＣＴ检查和手术资料进行对比分析，着重介绍侧隐窝狭窄的诊断，以提高对影像诊断的认识和合理地选择检查方法，碘水造影对椎间盘突出和主椎管狭窄的诊断显影清晰，具有定位正确，方法简单及费用低廉等优点，但对侧隐隐窝狭窄及腰５骶，小椎间盘突出的诊断不ＣＴ可靠，术前明确有无侧隐窝狭窄十分重要，因为侧隐窝狭窄与椎间盘突出手术方法不同，而ＣＴ对侧隐窝狭窄诊断比较明确。

A Comparison of Myelography and CT with Operative Findings in the Diagnosis of Lumbar Vertebral Canal Lesions

A comparison of myelography and CT with operative findings in the diagnosis of 30 cases of lumbar vertebral canal lesion was studied,especially in the diagnosis of lateral recess stenosis (LRS),in order to enhancing the knowledge of imaging diagnosis and choosing suitable examination method.Myelography with a water soluble contrast medium effectively demonstrates the herniated disc(HD),the stenosis of main vertebral canal and the correct location,It is a simple method and low expenses,but not so reliable as CT in the diagnosis of LRS and L5-S1 small HD,Preoperative diagnosis of LRS is critical because surgical management differs from that of HD.CT can effectively demonstrates LRS.
