| 摘 要： | 先天性左房壁瘤是一种罕见疾病，分心包内型与心包外型，本文报告２例心包内型病例，并结合文献对其影像学表现做初步探讨，表明：Ｘ线心脏常脏规片，超声心动图能提示病变存在，心血管造影是确诊的可靠方法。

| Abstract: | Congenital aneurysm of left atria is rare disease that is devided into intrapericardial and extrapericardial types.This report describes two cases of intrapericardial and make preliminary investigation for medical image findings.Further comparizon shows that the chest X-ray film(PA RAO and LAO)and echocardiography may indicate existing of this disease and angiocardiography is effective method of diagnosis. |
