深圳口岸出入境人员乙型肝炎病毒或丙型肝炎病毒感染及合并感染情况分析

目的]了解深圳口岸出入境人员中乙型病毒性肝炎病毒（HBV）和丙型病毒性肝炎病毒（HCV）感染及合并感染情况，为采取有效的预防控制措施提供科学依据。方法]采用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA），用2种试剂检测出入境人员血清中的HBsAg和抗-HCV，2次检验结果均为阳性判定为肝炎病毒感染。结果]在32448名受检人员中，HBsAg和抗-HCV的阳性率分别为5．93％和0．21％。HBsAg阳性者中的男女性别比约为20：1；30-49岁年龄段阳性者占阳性者总数的70．67％；境外人员中的阳性者以商务人员（48．37％）为主。在抗-HCV阳性者中，男性64例，女性3例；年龄分布在21～59岁之间；境外人员中的阳性者以商务人员（32-26％）和交通员工（22．58％）为主。HBsAg阳性者中检测出9例抗-HCV同时阳性者，HBsAg阳性组与阴性组的抗-HCV阳性率差异有统计学意义（χ^2=5．503，P〈0．05）。结论]应加强对深圳口岸出入境人员的HBsAg和抗-HCV感染的监测，并提供相应的卫生保健知识，采取积极措施防止HBV、HCV的合并感染及传播，保护人们身体健康。

Investigation on HBV,HCV Infection and Co-infection among Entry-Exit Personnels at Shenzhen Port

Objective To study HBV,HCV infection and co-infection among entry-exit personnels at Shenzhen port,and to provide reference to adopt available measure for prevention and control of infectious diseases.Method The HBsAg and anti-HCV in the serum were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Two positive tests were confirmed as positive results.Result In this survey,32 448 specimen were detected.The positive rate of HBsAg and anti-HCV was 5.93% and 0.21%,respectively.The sex ratio of male to female...
