肾康注射液对单侧输尿管梗阻大鼠模型肾间质转化生长因子-β1和骨形成蛋白-7表达的影响

目的研究肾康注射液对单侧输尿管梗阻（UUO）大鼠模型肾间质转化生长因子-β1（TGF-β1）和骨形成蛋白-7（BMP-7）表达的影响。方法将SD雌性大鼠54只随机分为正常对照组、UUO模型组、肾康治疗组，肾康治疗组用肾康注射液灌胃，分别在手术后第5，10，15天处死大鼠，在光镜下观察肾组织病理改变，应用免疫组织化学方法检测肾小管间质中TGF-β1，和BMP-7表达。结果与正常对照组相比，UUO模型组大鼠肾脏TGF-β1表达明显升高，BMP-7表达明显减少，但在予肾康注射液治疗后能显著下调UUO模型大鼠TGF-β1表达，上调BMP-7表达。结论肾康注射液可减轻肾小管间质纤维化，延缓慢性肾功能衰竭进展。

Effect of Shenkang Injection on Transforming Growth Factor-β1 and Bone Morphogenetic Protein-7 in Rats with Unilateral Ureteral Obstruction

Objectlve To study the effect of Shenkang Injection on transforming growth factor-β1（TGF-β1） and the bone morphogenetic protein-7（BMP-7） in rats with unilateral ureteral obstruction. Methods To divide 54 SD female rats into 3 groups randomly： control group, model group, and Shenkang group was given. Shenkang group Shenkang Injection by gavage. Six rats of each group were sacrificed on 5, 10, 15 d respectively after operation. To observe the pathological changes of renal tissue and to use immunohistochemistry for checking the expression levels of TGF-β1 and BMP- 7 in renal tubular and interstitial. Results Compared with normal group, the levels of TGF-β1 in model group was signifcantly increased and BMP- 7 was significantly reduced. TGF-β1 of Shengkang group was remarkably reduced and BMP- 7 was increased. Conclusion Shenkang Injection can prevent the development of renal tubulointerstital fibrosis and retard the progress of chronic renal failure.
