| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨改良腮腺手术方法与传统手术方法的不同及其优点。方法 106例腮腺手术病人使用改良手术方法．观察手术后结果及并发症。结果 改良手术病人术后疤痕小，畸形小，腮腺全切面瘫发生率10．4％，部分切除术面瘫发生率3．8％，涎瘘发生率1．89％。结论 改良腮腺手术优于传统手术方法．

| Abstract: | Obiecfive To compare the operative method of modified parotidectomy and traditional parotidectomy and to discuss the advantage of modified parotidectomy. Methods 106 cases were operated using modified method, the operative result and post operative complications were observed. Results The scars of the patient using modified method were smaller and the deformity was unsightness. The rate of facial nerve paralysis in modified total parotidectomy was 10.4% and 3.8% in modified partial parotidectomy.The rate of parotid fistular was 1.89% . Conclusions The operative method of modified parotidectomy has more advantage than that of traditional method. |
