单侧喉返神经切断后甲杓肌结构与酶学变化的实验性研究

摘    要:目的研究单侧喉返神经切断后甲杓肌结构、酶组织化学以及肌纤维的超微结构的改变。方法建立单侧喉返神经麻痹动物模型,应用摄像拍照、琥珀酸脱氢酶染色法以及透视电镜观察法,分别于术后2、4、6、8、10、16、20周动态研究双侧甲杓肌结构、酶学以及肌纤维的超微结构的变化。结果去神经后,随病程的延长,患侧甲杓肌肌肉外形萎缩,肌纤维呈纤溶性改变,琥珀酸脱氢酶活性下降;健侧甲杓肌肌肉外形代偿性肥大,琥珀酸脱氢酶活性增强。透视电镜下见随时间延长,患侧甲杓肌肌纤维变性、断裂、溶解;而健侧肌纤维变粗。结论单侧喉返神经切断后患侧甲杓肌功能下降,而健侧功能代偿。

Abstract:Objective To study the enzyme histochemistr yand structure changes of thyroarytenoid(TA) when one side of recurrent laryngeal nerve(RLN) was cut off. Methods In 7 of 9 adult mongrel dogs, a 2 cm segment of the right recurrent laryngeal nerve was excised. Dogs was kille d at the 2 nd, 4 th, 6 th, 8 th, 10 th and 20 th week respectively. The photogra phs of the vocal cords was taked and the thyroarytenoid was processed for succin ate dehydrogenase (SDH) histochemical reaction and electromicroscope. Results with the horary extension, the SDH activity of the right TA muscle became lower and lower than those of the normal group,while the SDH activity of the left TA muscle became higher. Conclusion The findings in dicate the function of muscles in the uninjured side of TA is strengthen.
