| 摘 要： | 本文报告１９８０～１９９４年间手术切除食管贲门癌９８６例，术后切缘癌残留６８例，发生率为０．８％。其中食管癌切除术后切缘癌残留９．２％（４４／４７８）；贲门癌切除术后切缘癌残留４．７％（２４／５０８），术后１、３、５年生存率分别为５１．５％（３４／６６）、１４．５％（９／６２）和３．７％（２／５４）。作者认为切缘癌残留与切端距肿瘤的距离有密切关系，主张距肿瘤上下各１０ｃｍ以上切除，术中残端快速病理检查和术前放疗有利于减少切缘癌残留，提高５年生存率。

| Abstract: | he authors reported
978 patients with esophageal and cardiac carcinomatafrem 1980 to
1994. Residual cancers at the margin of resection were foundin 68
cases (6.8%),of them 44 had esophageal cancer and 24 cardiac
car-cinoma. The survival rates in 1,3 and 5 years after operation
were 51.5%(34/68),14.5%(9/62)and 3.7%(2/54)respectively. Its major
cause was due to insufficient length of the tissues resectedfrom the
tumer.It is impcrtant that the extent of resection should be
leng-thened and biopsy be performed during the operation . |
