护理干预对糖尿病患者焦虑抑郁心理影响的研究

目的:探讨护理干预对糖尿病(DM)患者焦虑抑郁心理的影响。方法:应用Zung氏焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评定患者情绪及生活质量,并予以护理干预,强化教育,家庭、社会支持性心理治疗,放松训练,音乐疗法等,比较护理干预前后的分值。结果:糖尿病患者存在明显的焦虑抑郁心理,护理干预后症状明显改善(P<0.01)。结论:对糖尿病患者实施多层次、全方位、科学的护理干预,明显改善焦虑抑郁心理。

The Effect of Nursing Intervention on Improvement of Anxiety and Depression in DM Patients

Objective: To explore the effect of nursing intervention on improvement of anxiety and depression in DM patients.Method : Zung's self-rating depression scale(SDS) and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) were applied to make an assessment to the emotion and quality of life in DM patients.The objects were given nursing intervention,intensive education, supportive psychotherapy of family and society,relaxing training and music therapy,etc.The scores were compared before and after intervention.Result: There were obvious anxiety and depression in DM patients,which can be improved after nursing intervention(P<0.01).Conclusion: The symptoms of anxiety and depression in DM patients were apparently improved by multiple level,omnidirectional and scientific nursing intervention.
