| 摘 要： | 目的 观察链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导糖尿病大鼠心肌组织超微结构的变化及抵当芪桂汤对其超微结构的影响.方法 健康雌性SD大鼠50只,随机抽取10只为空白组,其余40只大鼠以STZ诱导成糖尿病模型.造模成功后随机分为模型组、达美康组、抵当芪桂汤组,给予相应干预.8周后检测大鼠的血糖、血脂等生化指标,用H-600透射电镜和普通光镜观察STZ大鼠心肌组织结构的变化.结果 (1)造模成功后,模型组大鼠血糖明显升高(P＜0.01).(2)干预结束后,与模型组比较,达美康组、抵当芪桂汤组大鼠心肌细胞肥大及坏死有所改善,细胞间质减少,肌丝排列相对整齐,抵当芪桂汤组改善较明显.结论 糖尿病大鼠心肌超微结构损伤明显,抵当芪桂汤可以改善STZ诱导糖尿病大鼠心肌超微结构,从而延缓糖尿病心肌病变的发生和发展.
