临床路径在我院产科的应用研究

目的:探讨临床路径在产科临床医疗护理过程中应用的可行性及效果。方法:采用临床对照研究,选取该院产科实施临床路径前后两组住院患者进行对比,使用自行设计的产科临床路径表作为标准方案,并对医护人员和患者分别进行问卷调查。结果:实施临床路径后,患者平均住院日和平均住院费用明显低于实施临床路径前;医护人员和患者对临床路径的实施均有积极的反应。结论:临床路径作为一种全新的医疗护理服务模式,可以减少医疗费用和提高医疗服务质量,对医疗护理工作和患者自身都有积极的作用,需要管理层进一步重视和开展。

Implementation of clinical pathway in maternity department

Objective:To study the possibility and effect of implementing clinical pathway in maternity department. Methods:Using clinical compared study, two groups of inpatients were compared before and after implementing clinical pathway. Self de- signed obstetric clinical pathway was used as standard method. Medical staff and patients were investigated with questionnaire separately. Results:After implementing clinical pathway, both of the average hospitalization days and average hospitalization expense of the patients were significantly lower than before; medical staff and patients had positive response to implementing clinical pathway. Conclusion:As a new medical and nursing care model, the clinical pathway could reduce the medical expense and improve the quality of nursing. It had positive effects on health care and patients. Thus the managers should pay more attention to it and apply it widely.
