胃溃疡的X线检查分析

目的：分析X线钡餐诊断胃溃疡的临床价值。方法：用胃双重对比造影在胃充钡程度不同的情况下采用不同的体位以及适当加压,摄取质地优良的照片或连续摄片。结果：胃溃疡大多数为单发少数多发。溃疡常发生于胃体小弯和胃窦,而胃体前壁、后壁、大弯和胃底较少见。结论：X线检查可以显示胃溃疡的大小、数目、部位和是否有并发症等,造影检查发现胃溃疡对确立论断、选择疗法、随访疗效等具有重要意义。

A Brief Talk on the imaging characteristics of gastric ulcer

Objective：To analyze the clinical value of diagnosis of gastric ulcer with X ray.Methods：With stomach double-contrast barium contrast in the degree of stomach filling under different circumstances a different posture and the proper pressure,intake of good quality photos or continuous X-ray film.Results：Most gastric ulcers as a single one many a small number.U1cers often happened in the gastric body and lesser curvature,and the anterior wall of gastric body,posterior wall,greater curvature and fundus rate.Conclusion：X-ray examination can show the size of ulcers,number,location and whether there are complications.Radiography go over discovers a gastric ulcer having importance to establishing inference,choosing treatment,the follow-up curative effect and so on.
