| 摘 要： | 目的观察鼠神经生长因子对突发性耳聋的疗效。方法 187例病人分为治疗组102例,给予常规治疗加鼠神经生长因子肌内注射;对照组85例,给予静滴,营养神经药物以及口服维生素等常规治疗改善循环,疗程均为14d,观察听力恢复情况。结果治疗组总有效率85.3%(87/102),对照组总有效率72.9%(62/85),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼠神经生长因子治疗突发性耳聋安全、有效,无明显不良反应。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the curative effect of mouse nerve growth factor for sudden deafness.Methods Totally 187 cases of sudden deafness were divided two groups: treatment group(102 cases with 108 ears) were treated by mouse nerve growth factor and routine therapy;control group(85 cases with 89 ears) were treated by routine therapy(the medicine of relaxing blood vessels and protecting nerves injection and oral Vitamin),the recruitment of hearing after 14-day treatment was observed.Results The effective rate of treatment group was 85.3%,which was significantly higher than that of control group(72.9%,P<0.05).Conclusion The mouse nerve growth factor was safe and effective for sudden deafness without side effect. |
