盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗瘘管型慢性根尖周炎的疗效观察

目的观察盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗瘘管型慢性根尖周炎的临床疗效。方法将100例瘘管型慢性根尖周炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,观察组瘘管型慢性根尖周炎患者给予根管治疗后注入盐酸米诺环素软膏,对照组给与常规治疗,并进行疗效对照。结果观察组1周后及2周后瘘管闭合率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）,且1年后两组疗效对比,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗瘘管型慢性根尖周炎疗效显著,安全可靠,显著提高了近期及远期疗效,值得临床推广应用。

The effect observation of Periocline in the treatment of Periapical Periodontitis with Fistula

Objective To observe the clinical effects of Periocline in the treatment of Periapical Periodontitis with Fistula.Methods 100 cases of patients with Periapical Periodontitis with Fistula as studied object,and randomly divided them into the observation group and control group,50 cases in each group,the observation group were treated by root canal therapy filled Fistula with Periocline,while the control group were treated by general root canal therapy,and compared the efficacy after the treatment.Results One week later and two weeks later,the ratio of fistula becoming healed in therapeutic group was both significantly higher than that in controlled group(P<0.01),and one year later,the curative effect between two groups had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Fill with periocline used on periapieal periodontitis with fistula is safe and onvenient.It can significantly improve the therapeutic short-term and long-term effects.So it deserves to apply and prompt it on clinical work.
